I wanted to write to you personally, to express my total satisfaction with the contract which your company recently undertook at our 45 bedded care home.
Having our old lift since we constructed Rayners, 25 years ago, we undertook the task of looking at several lift companies to quote and advise us on the best way forward. Liam Collier, was very helpful and discussed your proposal and we felt that Summit was the best company to undertake these works.
As you will appreciate, considering we only had one passenger lift, the thought of not having a lift in action for three-four weeks was at first daunting and although we planned for the disruption the team were slightly anxious.
However, your Installation Manager (my apologies I cannot remember his name) and your installation engineer Steve, visited us before to talk through the job and we felt reassured again we had made the correct decision with Summit.
Steve, is an absolute credit to your organisation, working with us to minimise the disturbance. He was extremely pleasant in his manner, took time to speak with our residents, staff and residents and with his dedication and hard work, even finished the job within three weeks.
Whilst I do appreciate in this current climate, that we always seem to receive negative comments regarding the service of companies, I am sure as head of your organisation, you like me, will appreciate letters like this.
