Individual lift maintenance packages

We tailor our lift maintenance packages to suit our individual client’s needs. Every client requirement, and indeed the lift they use, is different and we adapt our service accordingly. No matter if you need us to visit your property every couple of months, every six months or just once a year, we will do whatever is necessary to ensure your lift remains smooth-running all year round.

Our engineer’s service routes are carefully planned and managed to ensure that they have adequate time to carry out a planned preventative service. They will inspect, clean, lubricate and adjust all the relevant components of your equipment to achieve optimum performance from your lift at all times.

Reducing our environmental impact

As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint we have implemented a number of walking routes, notably in central London. By utilising public transport we have been able to respond to calls in a timely fashion by avoiding those all too familiar traffic jams.

Supervised by experienced contract managers

A service supervisor or contract manager is appointed to act as your one point of contact for all your lift requirements and ensure you receive a consistently high level of service.

Our service department can process service documentation swiftly from data sent by our field operatives via their mobile devices. This information is fed back into the system in real time and enables our management team to closely monitor all lift activities, whilst allowing us to focus on our core business.

The introduction of vehicle tracking devices for all our service engineers in 2010 means we now have greater control over our workforce, reducing downtime, minimising costs and also making sure we achieve optimum performance at all times.
